A LASERCARE PLANNED MAINTENANCE PROGRAM enables you to get on with what you do best "RUNNING YOUR BUSINESS", we will help you reduce unscheduled machine downtime so that you can quote more accurate delivery dates to your customers, secure in the knowledge that those delivery dates will be met.

For the customer who does not carry out any preventative maintenance, our full PMA agreement is designed to cover every aspect of maintenance for the system.

Whilst servicing the machine, Engineers complete a checklist that reports the condition of the machine along with any repairs that have been carried out or are necessary. The checklists are based on the manufacturers recommendations* but have been extensively modified and improved. They concentrate on the specific areas of the system that we feel should be monitored. These checklists, along with the Engineers report, are signed and left with the customer to form a complete service history.

This is imperative for companies conforming to industrial standards and specifications. We encourage customers to keep daily logbooks, reporting any problems that occur between services enabling us to rectify these problems whilst our Engineers are on site.

*All water treatment flushes and oil changes are carried our according to Trumpf Specification.
