Lasercare offer an extensive technical support service to TRUMPF laser users in the USA and around the world, delivered in real time by telephone, email, internet chat and video call.

Aimed primarily at TRUMPF users who have the necessary in house skills to troubleshoot and investigate faults on their machine, but lack the in-depth specialist knowledge and experience for more complex problems, we offer a fixed price technical support package, and are also able to offer support on an hourly paid basis for more occasional users that carry out the majority of preventative maintenance themselves, but when a machine goes down, need assistance from an experienced Engineer.  There is nothing worse than paying for a service call that turns out to be something simple that could have been rectified on the same day, after a phone call/email or a few minutes spent on instant chat with someone from our Service Desk.   Especially when the "warm body" that turns up, can't even turn on your machine!

Many of our international customers, who lack qualified support in their own territory, or are that remote that they wait weeks for help on site, that wish to avoid the costs involved with an engineer visit find this an invaluable service.

We also include technical support between visits free of charge to customers who choose our Preventative Maintenance Program.
