For International Customers - Technical Support Contract (TSC)


We have numerous international customers who have taken out this option to utilize our engineers expertise via telephone/email support.

Lasercare installed the very first laser system in Reykjavik, Iceland in 1998. Geislataekni has been on contract with Lasercare since then. We visit them once a year and maintain their system with technical support from our service desk.

Recently we installed laser systems in Mexico and Argentina. Both customers chose to take the option of a technical support contract. This enables them to take advantage of the labor rate discounts for any service visits they may require and to constantly maintain their system with ongoing support.
